If it’s on the box, we’ve checked it.
The small symbols on packaging mean something. For every product we keep the paperwork that shows why they are allowed to be there.
Glass and fork
Safe in contact with food. Tested by an accredited lab against EU 1935/2004 and, for plastics, 10/2011.
CE
Only where the law asks for it, for example on electrical products. When it is there, so are a declaration of conformity and a technical file.
No restricted substances
Materials checked against REACH, with a lab report for every product.
Inspected before it ships
An inspector checks every shipment at the factory, by sampling to ISO 2859-1 (AQL). Rejected means rejected.

- Requirements
- CE where applicable, REACH, food contact EU 1935/2004 and 10/2011, GPSR. Test reports from accredited labs. A BSCI or Sedex audit is preferred.
- How it goes
- RFQ, samples, golden sample, trial order, repeat orders. A pre-shipment inspection on every order (AQL, ISO 2859-1).
- Terms
- FOB preferred. 30% deposit, 70% after a passed inspection. NNN agreement for our own designs.
